Michael J. Coluzzi focuses his practice primarily in the areas of real estate, zoning and planning, land use, construction defect litigation and consumer fraud matters.
Prior to joining Long, Marmero, Michael maintained his own legal practice in Moorestown, New Jersey. He also served as the Director of Operations for Strategic Realty Associates, LLC. In this role, Michael managed a large portfolio of real estate development and investment projects including the development and construction of upscale residential projects. Michael takes a “soup to nuts” approach with each land use client starting with land sale agreements through the development and governmental approval stage through the disposition process.
Michael is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and also maintains a real estate sales license in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
