Michael J. Coluzzi
Michael J. Coluzzi focuses his practice primarily in the areas of real estate, zoning and planning, land use, Counsel on Affordable Housing Compliance, construction defect litigation and consumer fraud matters. Mike served as Planning Board Solicitor for Pemberton Township and East Greenwich Land Use Board. Mike currently serves as Bridgeton Zoning Board Solicitor, Land Use Board Solicitor for Westampton, Zoning Board Solicitor for Lindenwold Borough and Planning Board Solicitor for Egg Harbor City, and as Counsel on Affordable Housing for Deptford, Delran, East Greenwich Townships, Beverly and Burlington Cities.
Prior to joining LMA, Michael maintained his own legal practice in Moorestown, New Jersey. He also served as Director of Operations for Strategic Realty Associates, LLC. In this role, Michael managed a large portfolio of real estate development and investment projects including the development and construction of upscale residential homes. Michael takes a “soup to nuts” approach with each land use client starting with land sale agreements through the development and governmental approval stage through the disposition process.
Michael is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and also maintains a real estate sales license in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
