Tim joined Long, Marmero in January of 2014. Prior to joining the firm, Tim worked as an Associate Attorney at Whiteman Law Group, LLC where Tim was the lead attorney on many of the firm’s litigation files. Tim’s responsibilities included participating in trials, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations, as well as conducting legal research and preparing all litigation documents.
In May of 2011, Tim graduated with a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. While in law school, Tim interned for Kenneth Vercammen & Associates, the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Honorable Mary C. Jacobson, Superior Court of New Jersey, General Equity Division, Mercer Vicinage, and the Office of the Public Defender.
Tim also participated in Seton Hall University’s Juvenile Justice Clinic, where he represented Essex County juveniles at juvenile detention hearings, and completed the Seton Hall University Pro Bono program, where he helped draft an appeal.
Tim’s responsibilities at Long Marmero include Bergen County Improvement Authority Special Litigation Pool, Bergen County Outside Pool, Burlington County Insurance Fund Commission Workers Compensation Defense Counsel, City of Burlington Workers Compensation Attorney, Labor and Employment Attorney for Delran Township and Deptford Township and Willingboro Board of Education, Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority Conflict Counsel, Washington Township Municipal Utilities Authority Solicitor, Delran Township and Deptford Township Litigation, Foreclosure Attorney for City of Bridgeton, Maurice River, Deptford Township and Delran Township. Tim also Litigates for the Camden County Insurance Commission and New Jersey Housing Authority Joint Insurance Fund.
