A Few Words About Long, Marmero
Long Marmero was founded in 2003 and is generally regarded as South Jersey’s municipal and land use attorney. Although Long Marmero concentrates its Governmental and Quasi Governmental practice in all areas, its focus is on Labor and Employment Law. The firm is appointed to many Municipal, County and other entities in various capacities including Solicitorships, Labor and Employment Attorneys, Tax and Foreclosure lawyers. The firm also practices in all areas of land development including residential, commercial/retail and redevelopment. The firm is responsible for many of the development projects in or around South Jersey.
The firm has also developed a specialty in assisting clients with crisis management. Often when clients ask for our assistance they are facing serious issues including actions which have violated the public trust or the trust of their specific constituency.
Due to our locations in Woodbury, Vineland, Mount Holly and Tinton Falls, the majority of our clients come from the southern New Jersey area, including Gloucester, Camden, Burlington, Monmouth, Cumberland, Salem and Atlantic counties, but our services are by no means limited to these areas.
Our role as your legal counsel not only entails the traditional tasks of negotiating legal issues and drafting relevant provisions, but we also provide advice and analysis relating to the effect various legal strategies have on government and commercial entities. It is this big-picture, “business-oriented” approach combined with our attention to detail that makes Long Marmero a recognized leader in our industry.
At Long Marmero, we are devoted to providing the highest quality legal advice with a focus on meeting our client’s individual needs. Our primary goal is to listen to our client, educate them regarding relevant law and lead them to their best outcome. By gaining insight into their objectives, we are able to give them the satisfaction and comfort of knowing their legal and personal issues are addressed in an experienced, responsive, and cost effective manner.
